Head of Enterprise Operations & Technology

ITH Holdings (ITHorizons Group) is recruiting a Head of Enterprise Operations & Technology for its corporate headquarters in Gbagada, Lagos State. This executive leadership role reports to C-level management and is responsible for bridging technology, project management, and business operations—leading internal IT infrastructure, executing digital transformation, managing vendor relationships, and driving enterprise project governance across group functions.

• Strategic IT Leadership & Digital Transformation: Direct internal IT operations, architecture, and technology roadmaps to support business growth; lead group-wide digital transformation initiatives.

• Enterprise Project Management: Oversee programme delivery across complex, cross-functional business and technical projects to ensure on-time, within-scope execution.

• Operational Governance & Administration: Optimize business processes, operational workflows, internal controls, administrative functions, and resource allocation.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Oversee technology vendor selection, contract negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), and align business operations with strategic executive objectives.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or M.Sc.) and relevant executive certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT) are an added advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing IT, operations, or project portfolios.

• Core Competencies: Enterprise IT governance, digital transformation leadership, complex project portfolio management, vendor negotiation, and executive stakeholder alignment.
