About this role
Tongston Entrepreneurship Group—a multi-award-winning socio-economic firm providing entrepreneurial education, enterprise, media, and finance solutions through its AI-powered platform T-World—is recruiting a Customer Insights, Product Analytics, QA & Impact Graduate Officer on a remote contract basis. This role supports the Data, Research & Economics team by tracking user behavior, maintaining product analytics dashboards, validating quality assurance (QA) signals, and evaluating user impact across Tongston's business pillars to drive platform improvements.
Key Responsibilities-
User Journey & KPI Frameworks (THINK): Support the definition of user engagement, retention, and learning metrics across T-World widgets; document product quality assurance (QA) and impact measurement frameworks aligned with privacy standards (NDPR/GDPR).

Data Processing & Dashboarding (CREATE): Clean, format, and organize user feedback and platform analytics; maintain KPI trackers and issue logs; build slide-ready summaries and simple dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI.

Impact Dissemination & Team Support (SELL): Organize data evidence packs and analytics briefs for Media, Finance, Education, Strategy, and Operations teams to support fundraising, marketing, and feature optimization.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Higher Diploma, or Post-Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or Social Sciences.

Experience: At least 6 months of practical experience (can include personal/school projects, hackathons, internships, volunteering, or full-time roles).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), data presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides), and basic familiarity with Power BI.

Core Concepts: Understanding of basic data concepts (KPIs, funnels, cohort analysis, data governance) and quality assurance/feedback collection loops.
