Female Guest Service Agent

Milestone Boutique Apartments—a luxury hospitality and short-let apartment provider catering to corporate travelers, holidaymakers, and international guests—is recruiting a Female Guest Service Agent for its property in Ikeja, Lagos State. This front-facing customer experience role handles guest check-ins/check-outs, front-office operations, phone inquiries, social media account management, and cross-departmental coordination with housekeeping and reservations teams.

• Remuneration:

  • Full-Time (Day Shift): N150,000 – N350,000 monthly

  • Full-Time (Night Shift): N80,000 – N100,000 monthly

  • Part-Time: N80,000 monthly

• Guest Relations & Check-in Operations: Welcome and lodge arriving guests, manage smooth check-out procedures, resolve complaints, and log preferences in Property Management Systems (PMS).

• Reservations & Telecommunications: Answer incoming telephone inquiries, process advance room bookings, handle billing/payments, and enforce room credit and deposit policies.

• Inter-Departmental Coordination: Maintain continuous communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure apartment readiness and service delivery for VIP guests.

• Digital & Administrative Duties: Oversee company social media handles, record guest notes, maintain accurate financial transaction logs, and uphold health and safety standards on site.

• Experience & Skills: Prior guest-facing, call-handling, or front-desk experience (preferably within luxury hospitality or boutique hotel management).

• Schedule Flexibility: Fully flexible to work day/night shift rotas, weekends, and public holidays as rostered.

• Communication & Tech: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal warmth, basic PMS software familiarity, and active social media management abilities.

• Core Competencies: Proactive problem-solving, high attention to detail, strong organizational discipline, and a collaborative team orientation.
