HR / Admin Officer

The Foodhub by CWC (TFH)—a fast-casual restaurant enterprise with over 13 years of hospitality experience delivering local and continental culinary options—is recruiting an HR / Admin Officer for its outlet and corporate office in Yaba, Lagos State. This operational role handles end-to-end human resources and office administrative functions for the hospitality establishment—spanning staff recruitment, SOP-based training, performance tracking, payroll/compliance support, and daily workplace operations.

• Recruitment & Shift Manpower: Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for kitchen, front-of-house, and administrative staff; manage headcount planning aligned with business growth.

• SOP Training & Development: Identify operational skill gaps, design standard operating procedure (SOP) training modules, and track staff time-to-productivity metrics.

• HR Operations & Statutory Compliance: Maintain attendance, leave, and personnel records; support monthly payroll preparation; ensure strict statutory compliance with PAYE, pension contributions, and local labor regulations.

• Performance & Staff Relations: Support department leads with performance goal setting, handle employee grievances/disciplinary matters, and run employee engagement initiatives.

• Admin & Reporting: Manage benefits/recognition programs, generate periodic HR analytics reports for management, and refine internal HR policies.

• Experience & Industry Background: Relevant experience in human resources operations, talent acquisition, and administrative management (prior experience within hospitality, retail, F&B, or fast-casual dining environments is strongly advantageous).

• Technical Mastery: Familiarity with statutory deductions (PAYE, Pension, NHF), payroll support, SOP development, and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.

• Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, high organizational discipline, understanding of restaurant operational workflows, and active problem-solving abilities.
