About this role
Bell Oil and Gas Limited—a prominent indigenous oilfield services provider—is recruiting a Senior Procurement Service Advisor for its corporate headquarters in Victoria Island, Lagos State. This senior supply chain role oversees end-to-end upstream oil and gas procurement, complex RFQ/RFX processing for International Oil Companies (IOCs), international vendor sourcing, supplier negotiations, and SAP MM transaction management with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities-
RFQ & Order Management: Process, evaluate, and manage electronic RFX/RFQs and Purchase Orders (POs) for major IOC clients (such as TotalEnergies, Esso, Chevron) from quotation to delivery.

Costing & Commercial Negotiation: Perform error-free cost computations (Ex-works and DDP terms) in MS Excel; negotiate terms with international OEMs, manufacturers, and local vendors.

Technical Sourcing & Logistics: Interpret technical specifications for oilfield equipment (pipes, valves, fittings, chemicals, GRE systems); manage order expediting, international logistics, and supplier tracking.

ERP & Compliance Oversight: Utilize SAP MM module for procurement transactions, maintain comprehensive filing and audit trails, track account receivables, and deliver supply chain reporting.

Upstream Experience: 5+ years of direct experience handling procurement, RFQs, and order fulfillment for major Nigerian upstream operators.

Technical & System Mastery: Solid understanding of technical oilfield equipment specifications, international sourcing platforms, MS Excel modeling, and SAP MM module workflows.

Core Competencies: Strong commercial acumen, vendor negotiation, supply chain logistics management, error-free documentation, and high discretion.
