Partnerships Manager

Zipline—the global autonomous drone delivery operator providing instant aerial logistics for vaccines, blood products, and essential medicines—is recruiting a Partnerships Manager for its distribution hub operations in Bayelsa State. This state-level government relations and public affairs leadership role focuses on managing public sector health partnerships, driving medical commodity pipeline growth, coordinating community social responsibility programs (such as blood drives and STEM outreach), and demonstrating operational impact through data storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Government & Ministry Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain high-level relationships with state government officials, health system administrators, and political leaders to ensure consistent commodity supply and service continuity.

• Account Growth & Program Integration: Partner with internal Operations and Program teams to execute account growth strategies, launch new delivery use cases, and expand coverage across medical facilities in Bayelsa State.

• Community Engagement & CSR Execution: Design and execute social impact programs (blood drive campaigns, STEM workshops, facility tours) to build brand trust and public awareness.

• Impact Reporting & Data Storytelling: Generate monthly/quarterly government performance reports, utilizing operational metrics and storytelling to communicate Zipline's social and economic impact.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Work Experience: Proven track record in B2G/B2B account management, public sector sales, strategic partnerships, or client management within healthcare, logistics, or development sectors.

• Stakeholder Experience: Hands-on experience collaborating with government agencies, NGOs, implementing partners, and donor organizations.

• Core Competencies: Program management, stakeholder alignment, public presentation, detail orientation, and resilience in evolving regulatory environments.
