Human Resources Manager

Fadac Resources and Services Limited—a human capital consulting and recruitment outsourcing firm—is recruiting an experienced Human Resources Manager on behalf of its client, a premier luxury retail brand with boutiques nationwide and corporate headquarters in Victoria Island, Lagos State. Reporting to the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, this executive human resources leader will oversee nationwide workforce planning, talent acquisition, C-suite succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational performance management across all nationwide luxury retail boutiques.

• Strategic Workforce & Succession Planning: Align nationwide human capital strategies with business expansion plans; develop robust succession pipelines for key store operations and corporate leadership.

• Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment, executive search, and boutique staff hiring programs to secure top-tier talent across corporate offices and retail outlets nationwide.

• Performance Management & Culture: Implement key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, standard performance appraisal cycles, retail commission alignments, and employee retention initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness.

• Employee Relations & Governance: Enforce compliance with Nigerian labor laws, manage internal grievance procedures, design learning and development (L&D) programs, and maintain corporate culture standards across regional locations.

• Academic Credentials: Bachelor's Degree in Law, HR, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields (Master’s or MBA preferred).

• Track Record: 12–15 years of executive HR leadership within top-tier FMCG, Banking, Retail, Manufacturing, or Fintech environments.

• Certifications: Professional HR chartered credentials (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD).

• Core Competencies: Strategic HR business partnering, nationwide retail workforce oversight, executive compensation, talent development, and employee relations.
