Talent Manager

Dangote Industries Limited—Nigeria’s largest diversified industrial conglomerate—is recruiting a Talent Manager for its Dangote Cement Transport (DCT) operational hub in Ibese, Ogun State. Reporting directly to the Head of HR & Administration (HAM), this senior human resources leadership role oversees talent pipeline strategies, career progression frameworks, performance management cycles, mentorship initiatives, and learning & development (L&D) programs across the division's workforce.

• Performance Management Framework: Coordinate the end-to-end DCT performance appraisal cycle, audit supervisor feedback, compile performance results, and submit promotion schedules to Compensation & Benefits.

• Career Pathing & Succession Planning: Oversee career progression pathways, manage mentorship programs, and coordinate staff appointments, promotions, internal redeployments, and relief assignments.

• Learning & Development (L&D) Oversight: Collate divisional training requirements across job grades, evaluate third-party training vendors, enforce approved training curricula, and measure skill gap reductions.

• Executive HR Collaboration: Liaise with the Head of HR & Administration to align talent management policies with group-wide corporate goals.

• Mandatory Credentials: B.Sc. + Master's in HR Management + 10+ years of progressive HR experience.

• Specialized Knowledge: Expert mastery of COSO/HR process areas, performance appraisal tools, reward/recognition structures, and retention strategies in heavy industrial/logistics operations.

• Core Competencies: Executive communication, organizational development, vendor evaluation, business writing, and change management leadership.
