General Manager

Neveah Limited—a leading Nigerian commodity trading, solid minerals export, and manufacturing enterprise—is recruiting four (4) General Managers to direct its plastic manufacturing and recycling operations across key industrial hubs in Delta, Kano, Lagos, and Ogun States. Reporting directly to the Executive Board and Managing Director, this senior leadership role holds complete P&L accountability for regional manufacturing plants—overseeing production efficiency, raw material sourcing, supply chain logistics, commercial distribution, cost optimization, and workforce governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Plant Leadership & P&L Oversight: Direct end-to-end commercial and plant operations; build annual operating plans, manage factory budgets, optimize profit margins, and report financial KPIs to the Board.

• Production Management & Cost Control: Maximize plant capacity utilization, optimize machinery maintenance schedules, enforce waste reduction protocols, and minimize raw material operational costs.

• Supply Chain, Procurement & Inventory Governance: Oversee local plastic waste/polymer procurement, manage raw material inventory, optimize finished-goods distribution networks, and negotiate vendor contracts.

• Regulatory Compliance & HSE Standards: Enforce adherence to NESREA, MAN, SON, and state environmental/health/safety laws across manufacturing plants.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Credentials: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Industrial Management + 8–12 years in plant operations leadership.

• Domain Mastery: Experience in plastic extrusion, injection molding, recycling, or polymer manufacturing is strongly preferred.

• Core Competencies: Full P&L management, factory production scheduling, supply chain procurement, cost optimization, labor management, regulatory compliance, and executive board reporting.
