About this role
Ruhe Global Resources (RGR), an international education consultancy and student recruitment organization operating in partnership with universities across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Asia, is recruiting a strategic Business Operations & Performance Manager. Based in Abuja (FCT), this full-time operational leader will partner with the Managing Director to direct day-to-day business operations, optimize student recruitment pipelines, manage departmental KPIs/SOPs, enforce staff accountability, and drive organizational efficiency across HR, finance, administration, and customer service teams.

Probation Period (3–6 months): ₦200,000 - ₦300,000 monthly

Post-Probation Review (based on KPI achievements and performance): ₦220,000 - ₦450,000 monthly + performance incentives & professional development
Key Responsibilities
- Business Operations & Process Leadership: Direct cross-departmental operations, establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), manage operational budgets, and eliminate administrative bottlenecks.
- Staff Monitoring & Accountability: Continuously track employee productivity, attendance, task completion, and workload management across recruitment, conversion, customer service, finance, and administrative teams. Implement performance management frameworks and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when necessary.
- Student Recruitment Pipeline Optimization: Manage and monitor the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (Enquiry $\rightarrow$ Application $\rightarrow$ Offer $\rightarrow$ Visa $\rightarrow$ Registration $\rightarrow$ Enrolment). Conduct weekly CRM reviews and pipeline tracking to achieve conversion and revenue targets.
- Quality Assurance & Customer Experience: Implement organizational scorecards, enforce customer service resolution standards, review client feedback, and ensure full compliance with international partner university requirements and visa regulations.
- Departmental Oversight: Support human resource processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations), supervise financial operations (budgets, payroll accuracy, management accounts), oversee office procurement, facilities management, and corporate compliance.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related discipline. (An MBA or postgraduate qualification is desirable).
- Professional Certifications (Desirable): CIPM, ICAN, ACCA, ACA, CMI, or PMP.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of management experience in business operations, student recruitment, organizational performance management, or operational leadership.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, performance dashboards, and analytical data reporting.
- Demonstrated experience formulating and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), SOPs, and departmental SLAs.
