About this role
Law and Visas—an immigration law and legal consultancy firm with 10 years of experience operating in Nigeria—is recruiting an Operations Coordinator for its office in Lagos State. This full-time leadership role is responsible for directing day-to-day office operations, supervising the sales, administrative, and visa processing teams, tracking sales targets, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring prompt, high-quality client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision & Performance: Oversee the daily workflow of the sales, visa application, and administrative teams; track staff attendance, productivity, and policy compliance; provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Sales & Application Tracking: Monitor sales targets, track client application files to ensure delivery within agreed timelines, and address operational bottlenecks or customer escalations.

Process Optimization & Reporting: Establish and refine operational workflows to elevate service quality; analyze operational data and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Administrative & HR Support: Coordinate staff scheduling and workload distribution; assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and data protection compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, office leadership, customer service management, or team leadership.

Sector Preference: Prior experience leading teams within professional services, legal, immigration, travel, or consulting environments is an advantage.

Technical & Core Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software; strong conflict resolution, team leadership, organizational, and report-analysis skills.
