Job Description

• Serve as the core HR backbone for the appliance trading group, independently owning the full employee lifecycle and optimizing SOPs across retail outlets and warehouses.

• Ensure operational compliance with the Nigerian Labor Act through internal audits, personnel record management, payroll pre-audits, and dispute resolution.

• Drive data-driven operations using HRIS and Excel to analyze labor costs and oversee recruitment, training, and KPI performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle workflows autonomously, including onboarding, performance tracking, SOP optimization, and exit procedures.

• Conduct HR internal audits, handle labor disputes, and ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and workplace regulations.

• Perform labor cost analysis, manage pre-audit payroll inputs, and update HRIS records to generate management insights.

• Facilitate cross-cultural communication between Chinese expatriate staff and local Nigerian employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 3–5 years of HR experience specifically within Nigerian industry.

• Ability to conduct basic conversations in Chinese to act as a communication bridge between Chinese and local staff.

• Proven ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure, cross-cultural environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, HRIS platforms, and labor law compliance.
