Relationship Officer
About this role
Halogen Group is recruiting a Relationship Officer (Financial Inclusion) for a leading financial services client operating in Ikeja, Lagos State. Reporting to the Team Lead and Regional Marketing Manager, this hybrid/field role drives customer onboarding, trade association partnerships, loan disbursements, deposit mobilization, microinsurance penetration, and repayment collections across market hubs in Ikeja and the Lagos Mainland.
Key Responsibilities-
Community Onboarding & Association Engagement: Identify and partner with local trade associations, market union leaders, and artisan groups across Ikeja to drive membership onboarding and financial product adoption.

Multi-Product Sales Execution: Pitch and cross-sell financial inclusion products, including micro-loans, target savings accounts, micropension schemes, and microinsurance coverage.

Loan Disbursement & Repayment Management: Process loan applications, verify client business activities, monitor repayment schedules, and execute field collections to maintain portfolio quality.

Performance Tracking & Field Reporting: Track daily sales pipelines, compile loan collection reports, and collaborate with marketing teams to meet monthly portfolio targets.

Academic Credentials: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.

Experience Baseline: 1–3 years in field sales, credit sales, microfinance lending, or collections.

Core Competencies: Market association networking, field-based selling, loan collection management, target orientation, negotiation, and relationship management.
