About the Role

Stanbic IBTC Bank (Standard Bank Group) is hiring a Business Analyst in the Insurance & Asset Management segment to facilitate and manage feature development and implementation of Enterprise Solutions such as Salesforce and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across Stanbic IBTC IAM entities, using Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project/Product Management (Waterfall and Agile), and Change Management methodologies. The role is based in Lagos Mainland and Walter Carrington Crescent, Lagos (onsite, full-time). Job Ref: 80455814A-0001.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage feature development and implementation, and business-team usage of Salesforce and RPA technologies across Stanbic IBTC IAM entities
• Apply Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project/Product Management (Waterfall and Agile), and Change Management methodologies
• Guide and direct Business Requirements collation for Salesforce and RPA implementation projects
• Create technical user stories for Administrators, Developers, and Quality Assurance to build and test implemented projects

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc / B.Tech / B.Eng Degree
• Salesforce Ranger / Administrator / Business Analyst Certification
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) trainings and certifications
• Business Analysis trainings and certifications
• Project Management and/or Product Management trainings and certifications
• Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt) trainings and certifications

Additional Competencies

• Adopting practical approaches, challenging ideas, checking things, documenting facts, and exploring possibilities
• Technical strengths in Business Process Improvement, Data Analysis, Development, Emerging Technology Monitoring, and IT Knowledge
